The Brickell Babes is Miami’s premier women’s community platform — blending personal and professional networking, lifestyle access, and curated experiences for ambitious women across South Florida.

When I moved to Miami in the middle of the pandemic, I was navigating a career pivot, working remotely, and craving the kind of high-value, like-minded community I had built back in New York. At the same time, I was struggling to find trusted local businesses, service providers, and resources that met my standards. The few women’s groups I joined didn’t feel aligned with the level of connection, quality, and substance I was looking for. So, three months into my move, I decided to build what didn’t exist — and The Brickell Babes was born.

What started as a Facebook group and one happy hour I wasn’t sure anyone would show up to, has since grown into South Florida’s largest private women’s networking community, connecting over 50,000 women through live events, digital content, and a growing membership platform.

Today, The Brickell Babes serves as a trusted hub for high-value women building their businesses, careers, and networks, while also curating Miami’s most relevant lifestyle content across wellness, fitness, beauty, dining, and modern living.

Our members are founders, executives, investors, operators, and creatives — women who are serious about growing their careers while cultivating real friendships, mentorship, and community along the way.
